This is what one of our brothers wrote regarding passing of Joe Beardy:
“Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”

We
had a Memorial Service for a dear friend yesterday.
Joe Beardy passed
away last week and left behind his Wife and one son. He was a humble and
helping man. Joe spent some of his life on the streets of Thompson with
his “Street Family”. This led to a lot of people coming from the
streets and joining the memorial service, where a clear message was
declared that every single one of us has some appointments to keep that
we will attend. Being born and once to die. And then what?
After the viewing we had some time for fellowship and coffee.
Our
God works in ways we don’t expect. His name was exalted again among the
nations. We pray that all of the listeners from yesterday will be
saved.
